JFF Design was established in 1980 as a part-time residential design service firm. In the winter of 1991, JFF Design was expanded as a full time, full service Architectural firm performing various tasks in the commercial and continued residential areas of design and construction administration.

Innovative design is the creation of warm inviting spaces without the need for massive development. Home design is rooted from the necessity and comfort of our daily living experience. JFF Design has over 25 years solving problems through a myriad of creative spaces responding to the
needs of each client.

The firm has been involved with the design and construction administration of many diverse commercial project types prior to and since its' full time status. Fully integrated with the latest AutoCAD software, Architectural Desktop VI & 2010, each member of JFF Design is well versed in these very powerful production tools.

Joseph F. Fournier, Jr., AIA, the firms' owner, is a registered Architect in the states of Massachusetts , Utah and Vermont and is NCARB certified. His many years of Project Management experience while employed by other Architectural firms lends a wealth of knowledge for diverse projects from educational facilities to municipalities. As a licensed Construction Supervisor in the State of Massachusetts and a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor, his past construction experience brings a wealth of practical knowledge when implemented in the design process ensuring a well-rounded product. He is an active member of the Boston Society of Architects, American Institute of Architects, a sitting committee member of the Massachusetts State Residential Design Committee and a member of the Waltham West Suburban Chamber of Commerce.

Christopher Polson holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a Candidate for the Architectural Registration Exam. Chris brings a wonderful energy to the firm and has become an integral part of the design / production team at JFF. His many years of experience lends to the wealth of resources this firm offers its' clients.

Jessica DeGrace holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a candidate for the Architectural Registration Exam. Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm and possesses LEED certification.

JFF Design carries Errors and Omissions Insurance with Continental Casualty Company, Chicago , IL .
